AutoOffice® and AutoOffice Plus
In a time when cutting overall costs and increasing turn rate is paramount, CDMdata Inc., a Kelley Blue Book company now has two new in-house inventory management offerings in addition to its flagship DigitalLot® Solution—AutoOffice and AutoOffice Plus.
Dealers often work with a variety of products to gather valuation information, gain market pricing insight, post to internet classified sites, and manage their online inventory marketing. Frequently, these tools are at best, loosely connected with one another, requiring work that is not only repetitive, but error prone. This plethora of online tools ultimately delays the dealer’s marketing efforts and involves unnecessary product subscriptions. With AutoOffice and AutoOffice Plus, these tasks can be accomplished in one easy-to-use platform, saving dealers time and money.
AutoOffice is a web-based, inventory management solution designed to simplify the collection, distribution, and management processes involved in marketing inventory online. This online tool collects vehicle features, seller’s notes, and multiple photos. Once the information is collected, AutoOffice distributes the listings to online advertising partners and manages the online representation of that inventory while it’s in stock.
AutoOffice Plus builds on these features by adding the Market Pricing tool, which allows dealers to compare the pricing of their inventory to nearby competing vehicle ads of the same year, make, model, and trim. The dealer can see the mileage and price of competing vehicles, narrow or widen the search radius from their dealership, and view the competing ads themselves for more details. The tool allows dealers to effectively price their inventory, resulting in increased sales. With AutoOffice Plus, dealers also have the ability to post vehicles to Craigslist®, the number one classified site online in terms of web traffic, according to alexa.com, making it an effective dealer marketing tool.
As another major benefit, the AutoOffice products include pre-owned inventory listings on kbb.com’s The Trusted Marketplace℠, kbb.com’s new classifieds section. Dealerships receive exclusive exposure to the websites’ 14 million monthly visitors, 65 percent of whom plan to buy within the next three months. CDMdata’s dealer customers also are provided merchandising treatments in The Trusted Marketplace, including Kelley Blue Book® Suggested Retail Values and Kelley Blue Book Digital Window Stickers integrated within their listings. In addition, customers receive additional callouts, which identify their used vehicles as “newly listed” and “price lowered.”
Through AutoOffice and AutoOffice Plus, dealers can leverage Kelley Blue Book Values when making pricing decisions as well as in advertising vehicles online and on the lot with Kelley Blue Book window stickers. Similar to how certifying a vehicle increases consumer trust, the use of Kelley Blue Book® Values on the web or at the dealership could motivate shoppers to make a purchase decision. Whether dealerships are looking to ramp-up internet advertising, cut costs, or gain access to kbb.com shoppers, AutoOffice and AutoOffice Plus can support these efforts by providing maximum exposure and content for a low price.
AutoOffice starts at a low rate of $159 per month. For more information, please call 866-927-5744.
